Your message isn't the only thing saying the wrong thing.

Six months rebuilding everything your business communicates. Your offers, your website, your emails, your sales conversations, and the message underneath all of it.

You've outgrown the business your website describes.

Somewhere in the last two years you got better at this. Your work changed, your clients changed, what you charge changed.

Your website didn't. Your offer suite didn't. Your email list still hears from the version of you that existed three years ago, and on sales calls you find yourself explaining around what's written down instead of pointing at it.

Fixing the message alone won't solve this. You'd end up with a sharp message sitting on top of an offer suite that contradicts it, on a site that describes something else, sending people to emails written for someone who no longer exists.

A different job, not a bigger version

Say It Straight fixes your message and teaches you to run it. That's the right work for most people.

This is for when the message is one of five things that need to change, and changing one without the others just moves the problem.

Six months, in order, because the order matters. Everything downstream depends on what we decide in the first six weeks.

WEEKS ONE TO SIX

The message

Story session, blueprint, first content plan. Same foundation as Say It Straight and you move through it faster, because you have me twice a month.

Nothing else gets touched until this is settled. Building an offer suite on a message you're still deciding is how people end up rebuilding twice.

MONTH TWO

Your offers

Your offer suite, built or rebuilt. What you sell, what it costs, who each one is for, and how they ladder.

This is usually where people find out they have four offers doing the same job at different prices.

MONTH THREE

Your website

What every page has to say. Home, about, sales pages, the words on the buttons.

I don't build it. I tell you and your developer exactly what it needs to communicate, page by page.

MONTH FOUR

Email and launch

What your list hears from you, what a launch actually says, and the sequences that carry someone from interested to bought.

MONTH FIVE

Your sales conversations

You send me recordings. I'll tell you where you lost them.

This is the least comfortable month and usually the most valuable. Most people have never heard themselves sell.

MONTH SIX

Consolidation

Final read across everything. What changed, what's running, and the next twelve months mapped out.

What's running underneath all six months

Two private calls a month.

Slack, Monday through Thursday, one business day.

Monthly playbooks… aka a mini audit, new hooks to try, what’s working on Instagram, and 3 action items you can take that very day.

Your own Notion board where you can upload things for me to review and make comments on every single Thursday.

Lifetime access to Magnetic Messaging.

The seat. Any decision that lands on your desk, you bring to me. Pricing something, turning down a client, whether to say yes to the podcast, how to handle the email you don't want to send. That's the part people use most and it's the hardest to put on a sales page.

This is right for you if

  • This is right for you if

  • You have more than one offer and you can't explain how they relate to each other.

  • You're selling on calls and you suspect you're the reason some of them don't close.

  • You want one person who knows the whole picture rather than four specialists who each know a piece.

And not if

  • You want the message fixed and nothing else. That's Say It Straight and it's less than half the price.

  • You want someone to execute. I decide what things say. Your team builds them.

Two at a time

I run two of these at once, maximum. It's six months of being genuinely available to someone, and three of them would make all three worse.

If both spots are full when you inquire, I'll tell you when the next one opens rather than putting you in something else.

““Kelsey really listened to what I was trying to build with my social media management business, and she gave me systems that actually stuck. I’m thriving now, growing every month, and that’s because she helped me streamline my work, figure out what to charge, and stop giving away my time for free.

The shift was huge. I went from undercharging and overwhelmed to focused and getting paid what I’m actually worth. No more free clients. That alone changed everything for me.

What I loved most about working with her is that she’s direct and knowledgeable, but she’s somehow genuinely kind at the same time. She builds your confidence and gives you feedback that actually helps. Her compliments land, and she hears what you’re actually saying. I can’t ask for more than that.”

$12,000

Six months.

Or $2,500 for five monthly payments

If you've bought the No BS Instagram Audit in the last thirty days, your $500 comes off.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHY NOT JUST DO SAY IT STRAIGHT TWICE?

Because the second one would be rebuilding on a foundation the first one already set. This isn't more of the same work, it's the work that comes after.

DO YOU BUILD THE WEBSITE?

No. I tell you what every page needs to say and hand it to whoever builds. If you don't have someone, I'll tell you what to look for.

WHAT IF MY OFFERS ARE FINE?

Then month two is short and we move on. Nothing here gets padded to fill six months.

IS THERE A PAYMENT PLAN?

Yes. $3,000 to start, then five monthly payments of $1,900. It's paid off at the start of month five, so the last month is delivered without an invoice hanging over it.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER MONTH SIX?

You have everything documented and running. Some people continue at $1,500 a month, most don't need to, and that's the correct outcome.

CAN I START WITH THE AUDIT?

Yes, and most people should. $500, 10 pages, and it tells you whether we work well together before you spend $12,000 finding out.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW MUCH TIME DOES THIS TAKE ME?

The story session is 90 minutes. The two calls are an hour each. Everything else is you writing, which you're already doing, and me marking it up.

What if I don't know what my story is?

That's the 90 minutes. You talk, I find it. Nobody arrives knowing.

Do I have to be on Instagram?

No. Instagram is where most of my clients are and the work applies anywhere you use words.

What if I get to month three and it isn't working?

Then we find out why on the second call, which is what it's for. I'd rather know in month three than have you quietly leave.

Can I start with something smaller?

Yes. The audit is $500, tells you whether I'm right about your business, and the $500 comes off this if you decide within 30 days.

What's the difference between this and Say It Everywhere?

This fixes your message. Say It Everywhere fixes everything your business says, including your offers, your website, your emails and your sales calls. Most people need this one.

Start smaller if you want to

The No BS Instagram Audit is $500 and tells you whether I see something you can't. Plenty of people come here through that door.
